Through the website's contact channels (contact form, WhatsApp button, and email), Abogark may collect the following personal data: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and the content of the message sent.
Additionally, within the framework of a contractual relationship or the provision of legal services, Abogark may collect additional data necessary to manage the case, always under the principles of purpose, necessity, and proportionality established by law.

Pursuant to Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, every data subject has the right to: know, update, and correct their personal data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed of the use given to their data; file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC); withdraw authorization and/or request deletion of the data, when there is no legal or contractual duty preventing it; and access their personal data free of charge.
5. Procedure for exercising your rights
Data subjects may exercise their rights by sending a request to info@abogark.com, indicating their full name and identification, a clear description of the right they wish to exercise, a contact address to receive a response, and supporting documents, if applicable.
Abogark will respond within the terms established by Law 1581 of 2012 (15 business days for inquiries and 10 business days for claims, with the possibility of an extension).
6. Information security
Abogark implements reasonable technical, human, and administrative measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
7. Validity
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal obligations. This policy is effective as of its publication on the website and may be modified at any time, with the updated version published on this same site.
8. Supervisory authority
Any data subject may file complaints or claims with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), the entity responsible for overseeing compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 in Colombia.
